GUARANTEE: All items are unconditionally
guaranteed to have been manufactured by the
Heintz Art Metal Shop during the years of
its operation, 1906 - February 1930.
CONDITION: You are purchasing antique metal
work that is 75 to 100 years old. In most
cases, it has been lovingly used by prior
owner(s). As such, vases may have mineral
deposits or “high-water marks” on the inner
surface, bowls may have stains on their
inner surface, candlesticks may have slight
waxy residue in the bobeches, desk items,
bookends or lamps may exhibit wear to their
felt undersides, tobacco items may have
residue, and there may be insignificant
spots or flecks of tarnish on the lacquered
surface of the sterling silver decorative
overlays. None of these conditions, should
they exist, constitute a defect. However,
defects such as dings, dents, or patina
degradation, should they exist, are noted in
the description. Lamps have been rewired
with reproduction period-looking cord, and
cutout shades have replacement mica liners.
All prices reflect condition as well as
scarcity. If condition is materially
different than as described, a full refund,
in the same form as the method of payment
used, will be given.
AVAILABILITY: All items subject to prior
sale.
SHIPPING: Items will be sent USPS priority insured or FedEx insured and will
be billed at actual cost. There is no additional handling or packing fee.
PAYMENT: We accept cash, checks, bank or
postal money orders,
VISA, MASTERCARD,
or PayPal. Credit card charges will appear
as DAVID H. SURGAN BROOKLYN NY on your
statement.
